I’m Laura. I founded Vita Vista Global after spending 15+ years inside large, complex organizations — leading growth, fixing what wasn’t working, and being brought in when things were stuck or messy.

Most founders come to me at the same point: they’ve built something real, but growth has slowed. The message doesn’t land the way it used to. Effort keeps going up, results don’t.

That’s not a motivation problem. It’s a strategy problem.

I work as a fractional CGO, CMO, or CCO. I don’t advise from the sidelines. I step in, take responsibility, and stay long enough to make the change stick. If you’re looking for a deck, I’m not your person. If you want someone who will own outcomes with you, I am.

My background is in Fortune 100 environments across the U.S. and Europe. I’ve led teams, restructured divisions, launched new markets, and cleaned up more than a few situations that had gotten unnecessarily complicated.

What that experience taught me is simple:
grit gets companies started. Strategy is what lets them scale. And the founders who break through bring in experienced leadership before they’re stuck — not after.
